Rates are per apartment, per week, quoted in US Dollars
A 10% Service Charge is applied to all accounts at checkout.
Rates are based on the number of persons AND the number of bedrooms used

A 50% deposit is required within the first 20 days prior to arrival. Account settlement is at checkout.

Reservation Availability Request
For now we need the name and contact information only for the person inquiring about or making the reservation. At the appropriate time you may supply names and room assignments.
We usually respond to emails and reservation availability requests no later than the next business day. Until you get our Reservation Confirmation Email, the below is only a request for availability NOT a firm reservation.
